At LFD Lighting (LED Flying Direct), we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or requirements. That's why we have a comprehensive returns and refunds policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@lfdlighting.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, we recommend inspecting the items for any damages or issues. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

While we strive to accommodate returns for most items, there are certain exceptions and non-returnable items. Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods cannot be returned. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are not eligible for returns. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please contact us for clarification.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures a smooth and efficient process for both parties.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
