SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping within the Lower 48 States:
All orders shipped to the lower 48 states qualify for free shipping. We do not charge any delivery fees for high-value orders.
Order Processing and Shipping Times:
Orders are typically processed promptly upon placement. However, orders submitted after 3 PM CT will be shipped on the next business day.
Please note that Express Deliveries do not include Saturdays and Sundays as service days.
Tracking Information:
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.

For any order-related inquiries, please call us at 972-843-1179 during standard business hours (8 AM to 8 PM CT, Monday to Friday). If you contact us outside of these hours, please use our Contact Form, and our Customer Service team will respond within 24 hours.
Order Modification or Cancellation:
Please be aware that once an order has progressed in the fulfillment process, it may not be possible to make modifications or cancellations.
P.O. Box Orders:
For orders shipped via UPS, a physical street address is required for accurate delivery. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes at local Post Offices. Orders sent to a PO Box may incur additional shipping charges for which the customer is responsible.
DISCLAIMER:
Unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances may lead to shipping delays. LFD (LED Flying Direct) Lighting is not liable for events beyond our control, such as severe weather or disruptions in carrier services.
Lost or Undelivered Orders:
Requests for replacement products or credits to your account for items claimed as shipped but not received are subject to our investigation.
Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with incorrectly addressed orders.
